Hey, Folsom Street Fair…we’re baaaack!

A few months ago, Treasure Island Media became an official sponsor of the REAL BAD and RITUAL parties. In case you don’t know, REAL BAD is the huge dance/sex party that closes the Folsom Street Fair week of events on Sunday, Sept. 28.

True Fact: About 15 years ago, TIM was officially banned from Folsom Street Fair…forever! Well, I guess forever is a lot shorter than people make it out to be, because (even though it’s technically not an “official” FSF event) now we’re part of the party again.

The famous REAL BAD party is also a fundraiser that benefits man SF Bay Area LGBTQ+ organizations! (And these days, boy, do we all need all the support we can get!) It’s actually put on by the Grass Roots Fay Rights Foundation. The GRGRF is an all-volunteer organization that raises money for non-profit beneficiaries such as LYRIC Center for LGBTQ+ Youth, SF LGBT Center, Oasis Legal Services, TACT (Trans Advocacy & Care Team), Books Not Bans, and The Trevor Project.

This huge all-night party will feature these Celebrity DJs:

Brady Prince from Chicago – Main Room
Matt Suave from Denver – Main Room
Aleki from San Francisco – Main Room

If you do go to the REAL BAD party this weekend, make sure you say “Hi!” to TIM’s own ADAM and his husband, who will be there with bells on …but not much else. (Rowan the Wrangler tried to get a picture of them in their Real Bad gear, but they were “too shy.”)

REAL BAD
Date & Time: 8 PM Sunday, Sept. 28 until 5 AM Monday, Sept 29
Location: 1015 Folsom, SF
