T.I.M. Employee Spotlight: Customer Service

A lot of you know Hank as a voice on the phone or an email address when you have questions about your orders. We wanted to put a face to the name–so, gentlemen, meet Hank:

This is how Hank dresses for work during hot weather, and we’ve been having a heat wave in SF.

Of course, no one in the office objects.  In fact, Hank seems to get more attention than usual.

  1. Is it possible for me to be under the desk while Hank works & are there other employees that dress as he does?

  2. Hank – A couple of my CD cases seem to have umm.. scratches, yeah, scratches on them. I need to bring them in to be polished out. I know you’re always happy to help us with whatever customer service issues come up. I’m looking forward to working with you on this issue.

    Great pic, Hank!!!

  3. Hank is great. He has always been super helpful and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for him.

The fact that is such a hottie is an incredible bonus; I won’t be sending e-mails any more…. I’ll have to talk to him live now…..

  4. WoW, now this is a great idea for getting to know who all works there at TIM. hope you guys make this a regular thing so we can meet the guys that work there. Sometimes it’s great to see the people who do all the extra stuff & work in the background.
Keep up the great work & again would love to see more.

  5. How amazingly sexy and handsome this guy is! I would have a constant major bone working next to this all day!

  6. Damn hot and ditto the above regarding his outstanding customer service; quick to reply and seems like such a good guy.

  7. Damn!!!!!!! He is just amazing with customer service – patient, explains things well and extremely attentive. (Paul – take notice!!!)

And now to see this on Labor Day Monday morning? I think I’m in lust and need a house call for my tech “issues”. Does he travel with a hard drive under that well packed jockstrap?!!!
