Losing Your Inhibitions || Sex on GHB

Gamma Hydroxy Butyrate (GHB) is a naturally occurring component of human cells. It was first synthesized in the lab in the 1960s by a French chemist looking for a sleep aid. It has been used in the treatment of sleep disorders, anxiety, fibromyalgia, narcolepsy, lack of libido, and as an aid to childbirth. GHB is commonly used as recreational intoxicant like alcohol, as a sleep aid, or as a nutritional supplement. It generally comes as a salt or powder, which is then mixed with water for recreational use. This mixture is colorless and odorless, though it has a distinct salty taste.

GHB can enhance orgasm, help to sustain erections, and can have disinhibiting effects. As a result, sex sessions may be more rigorous, prolonged and orgastic.

Street Names: GHB, Gina, Gamma-OH, Liquid Ecstasy, Fantasy, GBH (Grievous Bodily Harm), Auntie G, Vitamin G, Georgia Home Brew, etc.

GHB is a white crystalline solid at room temperature, but is hygroscopic and soluble in water, and is more commonly found in solution.

Effects: Intoxication, increased energy, happiness, talking, desire to socialize, feeling affectionate and playful, sensuality, enhanced sexual experience, strong sexual desire, and muscle relaxation.

GHB feels a bit like Ecstasy and a bit like alcohol. It makes you happy, relaxed and intoxicated. It can enhance the experience of sex, among other experiences. GHB is claimed to have aphrodisiac effects, notably: disinhibition, heightening of the sense of touch (tactility), enhancement of male erectile capacity, and increased intensity of orgasm. It is often used to boost the effects of other substances such as ecstasy. GHB relaxes. It eases the insertion of various items into the ass.

Music is enhanced – changes in volume and tones can be more noticeable. No hallucinations or trippy visual effects occur. GHB makes you extrovert rather than introspective and self-analytic. You will go out and enjoy yourself and chat to your friends, not sit in a corner thinking about yourself.

Many people have bad reactions these can include nausea, headaches, drowsiness, dizziness, amnesia, vomiting, loss of muscle control, respiratory problems, loss of consciousness, being conscious but unable to move. G can also interact with HIV meds, causing dangerously high levels of G and a bigger risk of collapsing.

How it Works: GHB works on the Dopamine System, preventing the release of dopamine at the synapse while simultaneously causing the neurons to produce more dopamine. When the GHB wears off, a Dopamine Rebound occurs. This is essentially the flush of accumulated levels of dopamine being released in the nervous system. This effect could account for the middle-of-the-night awakenings common with use of higher GHB doses, and the general feelings of increased well-being, alertness and arousal the next day.

GHB affects the Serotonin system as well, and by increasing the body’s level of serotonin, it creates feelings of wellbeing and euphoria. These effects are not as significant in the body as the Dopaminergic effects.

GHB is not known to be toxic to the body or the brain. Within a few hours, GHB is metabolized into Oxygen (O2) and Carbon Dioxide (CO2), and can then be excreted through respiration, urine and sweat. Unlike most other drugs, GHB is not a foreign substance – your body recognizes it and uses it–and it does not need to be detoxified through the body systems. As such, it does not harm the liver or kidneys, and is not known to be neurotoxic.

Dosing: A dose of GHB takes from 5 to 20 minutes to have its full effect. The effects last one and a half to four hours. Doses are often measured with eye droppers or a syringe, depending on the circumstance and accessibility. Between 1 – 2ml is a good sized dose, and should be taken at intervals of no less than an hour (look at the clock, otherwise it becomes very difficult to judge the passage of time).

A few minutes after taking GHB, you get this feeling like you just downed your first shot of whiskey on an empty stomach, and now it’s happening. Your head is moving and your hands are tingling. Correct dosage is very important with GHB. People’s responses to GHB vary, and tolerance builds up but is soon lost, so it’s difficult to tell how much to take. There’s no need to down the whole bottle in one gulp – this is dangerous. Know how much you can take. Start small. Som take capfuls or small sips.

– Know how much GHB you are taking. The concentration of street drugs varies. Know how strong your GHB is. Try a little first if you are not sure. Stronger GHB than usual can knock you out.

– Know how much GHB you are capable of taking. Overdosing on g by a small amount is a common cause of people passing out in clubs and sex parties, usually accompanied by incoherent speech or noises and muscle spasms – not pretty. People’s responses to GHB vary greatly. Know what your limit is. If you take more than this, you could pass out.

– Don’t drink alcohol with GHB. This is toxic, and could kill you.

  1. GHB is by far my favorite drug together with speed!
You can put a timer on it! 15 minutes after taking my shot of G I’m horny as hell and a sleazy bottom whore! The effect mostly lasts about an hour!

  2. The batch and doses can have varying effects on everyone. From my own experience, it’s really good stuff. Some just need to be very careful about dosing; start with smaller doses.

  3. Great article, but some misleading advice about dosage. “There’s no need to down the whole bottle in one gulp – this is dangerous.” Understatement! This could kill you. You would not get high, you’d need an ambulance immediately. “Start small. Some take capfuls or small sips.” No, you have to measure it out in milliletres every time. This isn’t a Martini, you can’t sip it all night. You need to know exactly how much you’ve done and when, otherwise you’ll be the guy in the club falling on the floor making weird noises and spasming. It’s only fun if you dose it right!

  4. Ok so this stuff can be hot sometimes, not promoting it. Does turn bottoms into cumhungry sluts though.
