Indianapolis is the 12th largest city in the United States, you’re bound to find some gay ‘ol times and entertainment in a relatively conservative city where the gay population is strong but still finding its voice. Many of the downtown bars, nightclubs and restaurants are open to all walks of life, and there is plenty of historical exploration for the more site-seeking traveler. Many long-standing gay establishments still thrive in the gay ‘hood, Circle City.
Club Indianapolis – Full Service Bathhouse
The location downtown is convenient to all the gay bars and dance clubs in town. The birthplace of the automobile and the Motown sound, Detroit has one of the most diverse gay communities in the US. Detroit’s population is mostly african-american but you’ll find all types at the city’s various gay bars and clubs. There isn’t a gay neighborhood in Detroit, but bars are clustered on the cities north and west sides.

As the 15th largest city in the nation, Columbus is home to a healthy, hearty and happy gay community. The Short North has a number of gay pubs, art galleries, popular gay and lesbian center, nightclubs, coffee shops and an annual gay and lesbian theater festival in September. It’s gay pride all year round with businesses vying for the gay dollar by donning the famous rainbow flag.
