Louie is an 8-month old male Border Collie mix, with a lot of energy and chewing power. He loves his toys!
Louie was adopted by Damon Dogg three months ago and they have been inseparable since.
Everyday Louie takes Damon for walks in downtown Portland, usually stopping at the local Starbucks for a treat. Louie is always getting compliments because of his bubbly personality whenever he is out and about. He loves people and people love him back. On sunny days he gets to go play at the river which is only three blocks away from home.
Louie also loves going for rides in the car and has no fear sticking his head out the window.
