TREASURE ISLAND MEDIA STANDS AGAINST AIDS HEALTHCARE FOUNDATION’S CLAIMS TO CAL/OSHA

San Francisco, CA – February 12, 2013 – Treasure Island Media, the notorious bareback porn studio announced today it vows to fight the AIDS Healthcare Foundation’s (AHF) continued harassment and efforts to shut down the adult entertainment world.

Working cooperatively with Cal/OSHA, the studio’s representatives and legal council spent much of last week in court, making a diligent effort to clear AHF’s original, three-year-old complaints. Unfortunately after two days of stall tactics, including a 5 hour cross-examination of T.I.M. General Manager, Matt Mason, Cal/OSHA had to request yet another continuation.

As courtroom tensions grew, it became apparent that the prosecution spent no time preparing their case. Agitated by the prosecutions slow speed, the judge strongly suggested Ms. Kathryn Woods, Cal/OSHA’s legal council, develop her case prior to returning to court.

“Its unfortunate that Ms. Woods has such a blatant disregard for tax payer money, showing up so unprepared,” stated Matt Mason. “On top of that, she’s allowing the Aids Healthcare Foundation, to use her and the agency she represents for a monetizing PR stunt. It’s like watching a real live puppet show.’”

Treasure Island Media has also learned that the AHF intends to file 11 new complaints with Cal/OSHA this week. The announcement coincidently comes as Cal/OSHA neglects to present a strong case at the hearing for the original complaints made by the AHF. The news of these new complaints is not being taken lightly by the studio, who has vowed to preserve and protect the community it serves.

“We are not just a company that is being attacked but instead a culture. A culture that believes that sex of HIV positive men should be open, celebrated, and embraced,” proclaimed Paul Morris, Treasure Island Media’s Founder and Creative Head. “The efforts of the AHF are to hold onto the AIDS crisis and maintain fear and terror in order to maximize their monetization. We will not stand by and allow this.”

It should be noted that the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, recently took a surprising stance opposing the new, and highly-lauded, HIV prevention medication, Truvada. President of the foundation Michael Weinstein does not expect uninfected individuals to remember to take the daily medication, therefore rendering it ineffective.
